I hope the Falklands Mod AREN't making any Defenders, they didn't start to get issued until the late '80s. Before that was the Series III, 109 LWB, can't remember what the short wheel base was.

DeLiltMon - how are you getting on? It was looking good before the forums changed.

Cheers Smudge

I find Landrovers a rather funny part of the Falklands Mod, we had an interestsing discussion which ended up with an agreement that Landrovers where used in the Falklands..

All I will say he that said no found the yes answer...and had to backtrack rather fast...

I am looking forward to seeing a landy on my airfield.  It will just need that yellow strip down the side saying 'ROYAL AIR FORCE' down the side...

Also we have a Yoemanry detachment with armed open recon versions just round the corner too.. (I always give them prority when on a roundabout, am not arguing with that)

WOOOOOOT!
Guess who's back from sunny, hot and humid as hell Florida!
Had a great time out there, even went to a shootin range and worked my way through their nice selection of guns - Glock 17, a .45 that I cant remember what it was called, S&W .22 revolver (noisy cricket), 357 magnum, 44 magnum and to top it of an MP5, Uzi and a Thompson  ;D ;D ;D :gunman: :gunman: :gunman:
I see O2 is out, yay!!!!!!! I can now get crackin on me landy again!
So what have missed in the last 2wks? Anything good been released? Apart from OFPEC finally comming back to life  ;)

And Woofer has sent me some nice pics of the military dashboard too (A Wolf ambulance to be exact) - got his mate who does wedding photo's to do em  ;D, once again, cheers matey!

*Edit*
P.S.
Are there any good O2 tutorials available yet or is it just a case of trawling through the O2 forums?

Try http://o2tutorial.d2.cz/index_EN.html

Its a tutorial by Zwadar, looks good, but I gave up and thought I'd leave modelling to people with the time and energy to figure it all out ;D
