IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE DOWNLOAD!

It works fine with the only exception that you can't extract the contents of the PBO (config.cpp, textures etc ).
By some odd reason I bundled it with convert.bin, a file that makes it harder to extract the PBO.  ::)
I didnÂ't see the reason why anyone would wanna open it up until calm_terror at the official forum reminded me...
He wanted to change the weapon-loadout by editing the config and my doorman kicked him out of the pub! My bad, folks!  :-[
I will upload a version asap with unencrypted PBO for your coding needs.

TO MAKE IT SHORT: You can use, abuse and play with this addon, but you can't edit it. Yet.

Hope the unencrypted version gets uploaded soon.

Going to change the loadouts to Kabals SA80's + L96a1 and ADF's Browning Mk3 for my own use 8)

OK, a hosting request has been sent to the opflashpoint.org.
If and when they host it I will notify you.

I informed vlada about the updated file and uploaded it.
It's called "BLB_UK_BETA_05_edit.rar" if you're in doubt wether it's the right one.
Let's not hope they rename it...**headache**

Leaving the country for the holidays, so any quiz/remarks won't be answered until next week. Hmm...a little too convenient to skip town now... ;D
IÂ'll give you a final headsup tonight.

1. Copy pbo over to a temp folder
2. Open the pbo with unpbo or a similar program
3. Open the config.cpp file in notepad
4. Search for the various soldiers and change their weapon and magazines
5. Save changes and repack the file with makepbo or something similar
6. Copy new pbo to addons folder (Remember to always back-up old the pbo)

Utilities for packing and unpacking pbo's can be found over at ofp.info

All you have to do is type in the weaponnames from Kabals pack in the config. It's much like adding weapons and magazines in the init field, when using the editor.
Open it up and have a look at the config. You'll know what I mean  ;)

If you still can't figure it out, send me an e-mail, and I'll send you an edited config.

If you want, you can download the Troops from here (Direct link here). They are ZIPPED though, which makes the files bigger (4.7MB compared to 3.5 for the RAR), but alot of people seem to prefere ZIP files. (it should be the new version, i downloaded them within the hour from the link gievn by Lt Phoenix on Official Forums).

But now for my opinion. GREAT! These units were very much wanted by mysefl and a few others i know, i'll get alot of use out of them in Multiplayer, and hopefully SP too if some nice missions come out, hopefully using the desert version of DKM's Challanger2 too!
Thank you Blackblood!  ;D  I was worried (until today) we would have to wait till OPGWC Mod was out for some good good Desert Troops (RM's in particular). Keep up good work, i'm looking forward to the version that comes with SA-80's.

The best thing about releasing unfinished stuff is that you get to see your work in another perspective. IÂ'm gathering a lot of intel from you guys, the feedback is great. Keep the criticism coming, folks!
Some important notes this far:

The gear is too clean - add a more dirty, weared-out look to them.
The broken wrist thingy - will be fixed with great help from Ebud
Make the tanned look default - yup, but still with an option to remove it

...and so on...

See you next week. Off to drink buckets of beer and eats some eggs.
Happy Easter to you lot!  8)

Tack för hjälpen! I should put you on my payrole!  ;D
