caught this topic late, so excuse the question.

If the carrier (s) are going to be static.. does that mean A.I. can use them? And does it also mean you will be able to place planes/units on it in a normal way or would you have to use setpos commands?   and finally...  will the elevator be fuctional and have a hanger deck below?  thanks guys and GREAT WORK !!

Carriers (HMS Hermes and HMS Invincible)

At the moment the AI cant use them, although they may well be able to use them when the carries are finished.

The carriers will not have the hangers mainly as from information I have gathered a straight vertical lft is not presently possible, this also answers the quiestion on the elevators..

If anyone knows how to make the lifts go vertical without making it a rotation with a very very distant rotation point then please let us know as it would be nice to have useable hangers, at least on HMS Hermes which has a deck edge elevator.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, so now i have to aks the question..will you release the harrier with an alternate paint scheme such as you did with the A-4 Skyhawks? Because i have a feeling theres just one or two people out there who would enjoy this lil' puppy.

had to be asked eventually!
