If you are posting if for beta testing then attach it to your post.    If it's too big then read the sticky topic on the beta testing board "Tips for new mission authors".

If you're talking about hosting of a multiplayer mission for a beta test, then take a look at the OFPEC Multipayer Beta Team.

how big is too big ? .. mine is 1.075kb

If you mean about 1 meg, that's absolutely fine, attach it.    We allow attachments > 100k for missions.

If you mean about 1k, than that's obviously fine too.
