Questions about telling about my mod

Am I allowed to tell a litle bit about my mod in this forum anywhere? I haven't finished my street racing modification pack yet. But just the telling? Is this allowed in the forum anywhere?

Yes you are, but only if you have questions, need staff, etc. The Mission Depot Comments/ Questions has nothing to do with these kind of topics, so these kind of topics are not allowed in here, next time IM a mod, when you have a question like this.
