East/west runway textures or objects

Does anyone have any runway textures that run east/west? or is it possible to rotate the current runway textures were they go east/west?

East-West runways, its worth considering that AI cannont land on an East-West runway due to a bug in the OFP, but they can take off from an East-West Runway...

I haev this knowledge first hand as I haev tried and tried to get a East-West runway to work for a airbase of mine.
