COULDN'T GET ON THIS MORNING

Hey guys,

When I tried to get on OFPEC at around 6:30 am Pacific time this morning it found the site but it wouldn't go there.  Did you guys have it off last night?

There could have been some ISP issues going on like last time which I think the site was down for a day.
