Custom Buildings...
« on: 15 May 2003, 06:55:31 »
Please Don't Flame, I've read all the posts.  Adding custom buildings to WRP islands???  I've read about the "/" issues and something about binarize...  Would someone please take the opportunity to explain exactly how I add a custop object to a map, and get it to load in game after the map has been pbo's

Thanks,

JeffS

In order to add a custom object to an island it must be binarized first. Easy way to check is if you can't open it in O2, you can use it in WRPEdit (and vice versa of course).

When trying to use a custom object (or texture) you have to add the pbo (say X.pbo) using the WRPEdit Pbo Manager. Then select X.pbo NOT /X.pbo. Sorted!  :)
