Custom Face , HELP please

Hello , all
I have a problem when i want custom face. I make the follow:
1.- rename file.jpg to face.jpg
2.- copy ths file to ...../users/username
3.- execute OFP , edit user and  i use profile 'custom'

Don't work !!
Can anybody help me !! Please...

hmmm,

Sounds like you have it right, is the file the correct pixel size?

Is face.jpg 256x256 pixels big.
