Helicopter Landing on Dedicated Server

Ok, I've searched.  I know the answer must be out there, but can't seem to find it.  I have a helicopter that needs to unload troops.  Works like a charm in MP when I host it on my box.  When it gets to the deidcated server the chopper just hovers.

Any Ideas or suggestions?
