OFP:R dedicated server problems...

I cant seem to be able to set up a dedicated server for OFP:R on the internet, it only seems to run on the network I have set up in my house, and I connect to the internet through another computer on the network, this is annoying since I have it all set up just as I want and I cant get it to run on the internet. How annoying  :help:.
