Probably better asked in the addon:editing board....
but as far as creating the textures themselves..... I can't say I've ever seen a tutorial on that per se... just grab yourself a good paint program.. and practice, practice , practice
If it's mapping them to the model you're not sure how to do... there are some tutes around for that sort of thing
