Can someone help me find something....

I've spent about the last 30 minutes trying to find a place to get the chinook rope addon with instructions.  As I expected, I cannot find it.  I know that OFPEC will be up in the coming weeks, but does anyone have both the addon and the instructions on their computer?  I've been trying to find this stuff cause I've FINALLY found a logical use for it.  :P
