Double handgun system

This addon allows OFP units to carry 2 or even 3 handgun-slot weapons at once.
Additional weapons are stored in equipment slots, you can switch between them
with user action "Switch handguns".
 
An archieve also contains test units and example mission.
Should be full compatible with 223 handgun-slot classses including
pistols, revolvers, mini SMGs and even some melee weapons.

Tested with BIS weapons, icp_rfwp and lsr_uswp on 1.99 (most likely works on 1.96).
