Lock/Unlock Logics

Hello everyone. Good to be back after almost 10 years!

I am discovering Arma 3 editing world. Really neat. Much improved since Operation Flashpoint. Okay, to the point:

In the Eden Editor, under Systems/Logic Entities/Misc/ there are 6 items to choose from.

I am curious about the Lock and Unlock modules.

I've tried to use them around but without success. I thought I'd use the Lock module and name it deskLock, sync it to a desk in which a gun and magazine are in order to lock it. And once the time is right, I deleteVehicle deskLock and have access to the weapon.

I know I can use addWeapon instead but, if anyone can enlighten me about these Lock/Unlock modules.

Hell, any hints on any modules would be great.
