NPD campaign. Is it needed ?

I want to ask you people only two questions. Is NPD campaign\MOD needed and will people gonna help the guy how will start the MOD ?

It may be his last mission. Most likely it will, but we'll see.

The idea of a Nogovan police force is not a unique idea. I've heard a lot about mods and so forth but have yet to see one. :-\

So NPD campaing\MOD is not needed as I can understand from this thread ?

Well I think one is needed! I like the military operations, but they all seem to be as simple as "Take this town" or "snipe the enemy general". Police work is really cool, and someone should make an awesome campaign/mod about it. The first police style thing I've ever seen (I'm not saying it was THE first) was the NPD by Gameer. Gameer did a good job on that, and he (and other people) should defintely continue too make these campaigns/mods.

NPD2 and a police mod are very different. NPD2 is more light-hearted and fun, whereas a campaign where you progress up the rank would be more serious. The 'jobs' in NPD2 are not to be taken seriously, so i would like to see a campaign/mod.

Good point Gameer. Very good point. Well, anything to do with police and OFP is cool, so there definately should be a campaign made about it. Maybe someone should start a team, etc....(I'm no good at that modelling, and skinning, and mission making. I like other people to do all the work. )

Anyways, a police campaign would be big. So go for it anyone...just stop asking me to do one ;D

Btw, If anyone has any ideas for jobs they'd like to see in NPD2, then (If they are do-able) we'll try and put them in. Just pm me or LCD.

I WOULD like to start a team. But it really hard to recruit new members and this "no recruiting at the forum" policy some time really annoying.

When I started the SAS MOD, I had two people!!
Then it grew to about 25-30
And yeh, not being able to recruit in the forum's is a bitch
but if you want people to join, send e-mails to every single ofp site you can find, saying who you are, what your mod is about, and what people you need/want, and/or use the training depot right here at ofpec

This thread already served it's purpose mate,it seems like an NPD Campaign is a good idea,so go for it
As for Recruiting, I'm sorry but rules are rules and we all live with them, please use the Trainning Depot to recruit, I'm sure with luck you'll find a lot of people
