SOLVED help with marker when item picked up

Hi I want a marker to appear on the map at the location of a pow named "vip" after the player finds the intel in my mission.
Now Ive hidden the intel and used the item "EvMoscow" as the intel to find, so I need the markr to appear on the map once the player picked the intel up and also a hint on screen saying "Intel recovered, Leboutin location marked on map"
