MakeFaceAddon (ACCEPTED)
« on: 19 May 2010, 06:31:07 »
Hello all,

I am aware of the process of using the "custom face" method of getting a face into OFP, but I would like to get several into the face list. I have the necessary .jpeg's that are going to be the faces but I don't know how to turn them into .pbo addons (well, I have the means of turning .jpeg into .pbo, MakePBO v1.1, but they didn't show up in the face list in the games profile menu after I put them in the addons file). What am I doing wrong?
I would be very grateful if some one could please help me.

Thank you for your time and patience,

GoldGazelle

Hello Again,

Since I can't double post I'll just add to this one. I figured out my problem, which I guess is the best way to learn. I decided to make an unofficial tutorial (seeing as there isn't one here) for any one who has the same question as me (emphasis on unofficial).

Best of luck,

GoldGazelle

Hi GoldGazelle, sorry for the late reply, but if you want to submit that tutorial for download on OFPEC, just contact one of the Editors Depot staff members.
The OFP Editing Center wishes to remind you that the faithful COMREF will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, cannot speak.
However, in the event that it does speak, you are encouraged to heed its advice. ;)

Wee bit late to the party, but I managed to find the original tutorial while dredging through one of our many backups. It's been reuploaded.
