How Make a ACE2 Dedicated Server

Hello I want to set up a arma2 ace2 dedicated server. But I don't know how to I found tutorials but there are all just about armed assault can you guys Please post links to tutorials or if you know how to please tell me. I got WindowsXP and i bought arma2 off of steam. thanks
