How do you place hint inside helicopter?

Hello,

I am trying to place a hint within a chopper in the Domination Map by Xeno, that can only be seen by whoever gets into the chopper pilot seat. Stating that in order to fly a chopper you must be on teamspeak. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
