GUI marker "diamonds" on freinds and foes...

Hello all.

I was wondering 2 things:

1: Is it possible to get a permanent marker, like the dimond placed over your squadmembers, but on all friendly units. For example if i am in a helicopter i can have this diamond-marker over all the troops on the ground that i am supporting.

2: Is there a way to place a similar icon, but lets say red (if graphics has to be put in the where?), over any enemy unit detected by your side?
For example a infantry man on the opfor side is detected by bluefor, then the red gui diamond marker is show on him like the squadmember diamond marker.


EDIT: To be clear any icon placed over seen enemy works for me, preferably a graphic i can edit myself
