making sqs file?

ok so I downloaded and instaled the briefing manager and after som problems I realised that I neded to make a sqs file witch contained this: [] execVM "briefing.sqs"
but as I dont know how to make a sqs file or what program to use I am stuck

So if any one knows anything about this or have a link to a place witch deskribes how to do this it wold be realy apriciated

wold be a bonus if you knew something about html files to (not to urgent for me tho)

Thanks in advance (and yes I have used the serch function to try and find something that hellps but no luck so far)

just try this program:

It's called ArmA Edit and it is very powerful, problably the easiest way to create a sqs file.
