How to interact with external procces?

I know there was a ArmaLib for arma1. But what about arma2?

I have seen on Bikipedia that there is a set of commands that can be used to comunicate with external procces, those commands are copyfromclipbloar and copytoclipboard, ¿has anyone utilized it? or ¿may be ther is over the net a library that uses it??

You must have ESP. http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=8001 posted on armaholic frontpage just recently. Actually, that's for ArmA1, so nevermind.
