Problems with running buldozer from visitor3
« on: 25 Mar 2009, 19:51:45 »
Hi! i just started to look throu a tutorial in islandmaking but i got stuck at the part where i am supposed to run buldozer for the first time.
I have set the prefs on the real time viewer to "path of rtv working dir:  P:"
and my command to launch realtime viewer (buldozer) to: my gamedir\ArmA\ArmA.exe" -window -buldozer

First i get a box with this errormessage:

No entry 'bin\config.bin/CgfDifficulties/Regular/Flags.VonID

when i click ok i get the following:

Shaders not valid (mismatch of exe and data?)

i know i did something wrong. just not what ;)
i would really appriciate help as soon as possible!

Thanks
//Marv

Backup the bin folder you have presently in p:\.

Next take a copy of ArmA's bin.pbo and depbo it, put the resulting folder in place of the one in P:\.
