Error on game start up

Right, the game is loading as normal, but when it comes onto the main menu i get a box come up with the phrase

No Entry 'bin\config.bin/cfgvehicles/cfggroups.scope
any ideas what it is on about?

Only load ArmA without mods. Then jump from mod to mod.
