Ummm, one question....

Why does your scud model have velka_vrtule, isn't this to do with the rotors on a chopper.

Unless its a flying scud launcher  :dunno:

First 2 are fairly common and I would suggest not a concern
The second 2 ..... no idea.
Suggest the "flag" is not required.

hey scud,

Warning: p:\scud_model\scud_model.p3d: Selection velka vrtule needs a section. The shadow volume may not work well.

I think this is just what it says there is not a defined section in the shadow lod (could be in res lod) defined as velka vrtule, although it could have one in the p3d maybe its missing from the model.cfg define of skeleton ?

never used the PAC extension since ofp , i am aware some Bis mlods have them refferenced , but would stick with PAA in arma ?

Have you created the RVMAT yourself here or is it copied from another model and the texture paths simply been changed ?

again i think this is exactly what it says ,maybe you copied a piece from a model /lod and pasted it in a lod that already had a uv set and now it has 2 ? (big guess here not educated at all on uv sets).

Thanks for reply - we made some progress
but firstly
these errors are selected from a large number of addons.
Some are mine and others are not, and some have been past through several hands to be worked on.
So I can not say for all how they where contructed.
I am simply trying to tidy them up and reduce what ever nasties are hidden.

No joy with the named selections needs a section. The named selections are in all lods cfg etc.
In game everything works perfect - shadows and all.  Obviously though something is a miss so
more investigating needed.

"never used the PAC extension since ofp " - I have heard this also. Do you have a link to a passage that explains why.
The error is also repeated with existing .paa textures.

Unknown flag AlphaInstancing - yes I make my own RVMats but as I said above I can't speak for all. Will check paths.

Warning: special LOD contains 2nd UV set. - your explanation made sense.
I 'think' I found how to remove error.
In O2 dropdown menu 'Surfaces - UVsets - (ticked) Active 0'
The problem lods have below this   'Active 1'.
You can tick 'Active 1' and then delete it and this removes the error from model.log
