Sandbags
« on: 27 Jun 2008, 00:31:30 »
Im trying to make a replica of the Sangin district centre in Afgansitan, they piled sanbags around the top stories of buildings for cover.

I've seen this done on flashpoint but dont know how its done, can someone please help me...

If i have a building i can access the roof of, how can i set sandbags so they appear around the edges of the walls on the top level, i know i'll have to make loads and they'll take ages but im stuck.

I think its something to do with setting the height of the sandbags in the INIT field, someone please helpppp!!!

greetings,

not sure if it is the same in OFP as ArmA... however.

in the sandbag init:

Code: [Select]
this setPos [getPos this select 0, getPos this select 1, (getPos this select 2) +10]
+10 is the height that you can change depending on the height of the building.

 :)
