Now that the tools are released, is there someone willing to make a tutorial detailing how to create addons? I would futher ask if someone could teach us how to port OFP addons to work in ArmA once permission is given to do so.

I doubt if there's any need in it. Most of ofp addons will look quite crappy in Arma ;) If you want them anyway - just look at the released examples. Porting is quite easy (and boring...)  for a man experienced with OFP addon making
