I have made a "lite" version of the pdf comref by removing all the images. Oddly enough, it does not change the pdf size very much, more proof that pdf is a hoggy piece of crap with bloated object data. It does zip to half the size. The text that linked to the images still shows up as red, but to that there is no fix but to reprocess the whole document which is not going to happen.  Fixed the permissions so that copy and pasting and printing are enabled.

I also changed the permissions of the full pdf comref to allow cutting and pasting and printing, and overwrote the old version. I read a complaint about this on the armaholic site. Might be worth advertising that these bugs are fixed.
