More new Admins

I delighted to announce that Cheetah has agreed to become Missions Depot Admin.    mikero will be staying on as joint admin, in an advisory and strategic role:  Cheetah is in charge day to day.    He's been a mission reviewer for a while and this is a straight promotion.   

Over in the Coding Team, Jerry Hopper has risen from humble coder to Deputy Coding Admin.    Machoman remains in overall charge of coding matters.   Jerry is relatively new but his enthusiasm is infectious.   Amongst other achievements he built our new system for OFP tags.
