I need some lights kind of the AA equivalent of AEF realights, it dosent even need a model, just a spot you can place that makes light.

Mapfact has some good lights in their Mapfact Misc addon.  Different colors.  Some blink.  Place them where you want.  If you shoot them, they go dark.
