Problem with BAS Deltas/Blackhawk

Okay, my problem is whenever I use the BAS Deltas and try to use the radio, nothing happens.

The readme says that you can call an MH-60K with the raio for a rope ladder extraction, but I see
nothing of the sort in the Action Menu, nor can I use the radio. The Fast Rope works just fine, but nothing
else does, I can't use the Rapid Insertion, Rope Ladder Extraction or regular Extraction. I tried looking at the readme
for any help, but I couldn't find anything about it not working, I even tried fast roping into some trees to get the rope ladder
to show up, but it didn't work either. I have no idea if this is a bug or anything, so if someone could help.
