Hi helpers,

Is it possible to force the name set in the unit properties of a given unit to appears first and alone when using the "globalchat" command?

nameoftheunit: messagetext

Thx, Goullou

Ok i checked your link.

Actualy when i make a globalchat message the line returned is like this :

West: messagebody...

or when the speaker is the player :

West (playername): messagebody...

I'd like to force a name instead of "West:" or "West (playername):" like with Mr Hide ...

Mr Hide: messagebody...

If i could use the name of the unit (set in unit properties) it would be great.

I saw the behaviour of the command is different for groupchat or sidechat but if i want this message to be seen from all sides West, Est, Resistance or Civilian i must use globalchat. And i don't want to use "titletext" or "hint" for the message.
