"Bullet Noise" Release

This is a simple script pack, named "Bullet Noise". It simulates the snapping and cracking noises of passing close-proximity bullets going faster than the speed of sound. I was inspired by dslyecxi's notion of a BF2 mod that introduced the effect. I decided to do the same with OFP and I have finished it. I made a release version and I hope I got all the bugs out. I tested it pretty thorough and tried almost everything to make it very efficient. It is also multiplayer compatible, since the scripts are client-side programmed (there is no need for cleint->server->client programming).
