OFPEC Addon Tags

Hey guys, I noticed that the listing of registered addon tags is back up, but I didn't see any link to register a new tag.  Did I miss something, or is tag registration not yet up?

small moves, pilot, small moves

the tag database has been recovered and is up, but at present isn't sorted. when we have the submission system running it will be joined to the tags to permit the creation of new tags, and the database will be organised by letter.

kudos and respect to machoman who has been working hard at the coalface to get this up.
