News on OFPEC main site ?

the search didnt give me a comprehensive answer to this - especially a current one.

so what i wanna know is who decides / how is decided what kind of news is presented on your main site?
can one make suggestions for it?

(based on content conforming with the sticky "Tech support, Gameplay, Armed Assault, &etc." of course)

The old site had a 'submit news' feature where anyone who thought they had a piece of news worth posting could write it down and submit to the news team who then decides if it's something worth publishing on the front page or not. The new site is lacking this feature, so basically it's pretty much up to the news team (Intel depot staff) and the news headmaster (Intel depot admin) to scavange the web for news.
