moveing the camera in projected view

think the title speaks for itself, im doing quite well in oxygen but i just dont know how to the move the camera in projected view im interested in rotating the camera if possible.

If you mean the 3D perspective view in Oxygen, you can rotate the view by holding Alt and the right mouse button down whilst moving the mouse.

EDIT:  And holding Alt and both mouse buttons whilst moving the mouse will zoom in and out.
