hello, i wonder if there is a way to change the resistance speaking to english instead of russian in ecp.

this should be posted in the official ECP thread i think, either the BI forums one or the one on OFPEC.
Anyway on your question im not sure it may require editing the scripts in the ECP_effects.pbo addon to play the oposite sound files
