its not a light its a 100x camera so they can indentify targets beyond visual range its specificly designed to allow them to engage targets with phoenix missles (max range 100 useful rage more like 50-60)..as for the tail i also agree its lame..also tho its labelde f14a so thats the varient but its total loadout is 6 sidewinders which is moronicly unrealisitic cuz the f14 sucks a nut in a dogfight. its made to be a interceptor like the mig 31. None of the standard loadouts i know of are all sidewinders tho I'm sure you COULD do it you'd just be dead :p Also the cannon is a 20mm vulcin not a 30mm aden that it has in this version. I bet the real release or next beta will clear all this up tho for a beta its nice. I also noticed its a wee bit slow too. F14s are fast (whole interceptor thing..) now they just need to finish the carrier addon and throw some of these babies up on em. I'd also like to see a RIO position and allow him to pan the camera like a turret to target the missles beyond visual range and off the center axis like in real life.
