OFPEC is delighted to announce that the Scripting: Beta Testing board has been renamed the
Editing/Scripting: Resource Beta Testing & Submission board. You are
strongly encouraged[/i] to post your scripts, tools, functions and tutorials here BEFORE submitting them to the Editors Depot. The board has a
sticky topic with guidelines on how to post your resource. Please follow them - it will help you to get a good response.
As far as beta testing scripts is concerned, nothing has changed. Whether beta testing functions, tools and tutorials would have been on topic under the old name is a moot point: what matters is that they are now unequivocally welcome on that board.
In fact anything that is destined for the Ed Depot is welcome there. For example, you may post text-only tutorials for proof reading and suggestions.
Any comments or questions relating to this very happy development are welcome in this thread. Once you've posted your comment - or better still, right now - head over to
the board and make somebody happy by beta testing their resource.
Nothing has changed regarding missions and addons which require beta testing: they should still be posted on their respective boards.
