Is there a way to tell if the player aims with his pistol/rifle, uses night vision or looks through binoculars?

I would like to know it, so I could remove my "always on" custom cutrsc in this situtation and display it again afterwards.

Hm, ok then the only way around is to create an always suiting cutrsc.
