Strange error messages

When i try to open Bulldozer i got strange error messages. Something like this: No Glide3x.dll present - cannot run Glide version.  ??? I can`t use Bulldozer!  :(    And i have too other problem with 02. When i open 02 i got error message: Unable to open external viewer.  ??? I think that all options are set correctly. Can anyone help me!!
