Is there any site or something where I could see confiqs for different weapons and vehicles? I haven't been too lucky finding ready configs.

Try a search for cpp in the ed depot.
there you'll find the Commented CPP Files from BIS.

You could search ofp.info for a tool called the OFP Addon helper (// or something like that :P)

It has the commented configs in it and can set up templates for you for writing configs for addons - if that's what you're look for.
