Action Menu

Can anyone help me out with this, does anyone know how to add thigns into the Action Menu ?  I want to have Options for Standing at attention and at ease for an MP map.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

Its in the command reference but i'll post it here anyway ;D

player addAction ["Hello", "hello.sqs"]
That should do it.
