I've been reseaching a little bit around some addons, and it turns out that the little radio CoC use for fire support are an original addon from BIS - Does anyone knows were to find it in the mission editor?

There is a radio under empty->objects-> radio (rt-254)

Don't know if that is the one you are looking for or not though.
