Need AddOn Tutorial for NewBee

Hello,

   I'm a newbee in the AddOn Creation, I've MAny idea but i'm for the momment a very beginer so i have search in the Tutorial of OFEC but i vent found a Tutorial that explain how create it's first addon : From The Different format .pac, pâa, wst ect, to the Config.cpp etc ...

  If someone could give me a good tuto like a TUTO to CREATE a M16 From A to Z :d i'll be very very grateful
