Did you mean Artillery? If so, check the link below. It is for the Chain of Command: Unified Artillery (CoC UA) addon. This is the best and most realistic artillery simulator for OFP at this time, that is available for public release.

It comes with several nice demo missions as well, and with the help of the great documentation, you can make your own missions with ease. Check it out.
