How would I make a vehicle start on its side?

How would I make a vehicle start in preveiw on its side..Is their a nifty line of code or script I could use  ???

I tried to search for this and wasn't very successful - I think it has been answered before but I can't find it...

Is this possible and could somebody let me know how, if this can be done...

There are other ways that are more reliable, but more difficult to implement.
