Background:
After the civil wars got out of hand, France took control of Tonal away from the Africans but kept the name Tonal.
The Tonal government forces are under french control now.  
Some African natives want control of the African nation to be in the hands of the African people and this requires French special forces
camped nearby on the alert at all times to protect Tonal's caucasian citizens and french colonists from terrorists and
rebels intent on driving the colonists off the island.  

Story:
The French have created a prototype warhead that only harms inorganic objects, codenamed Genesis2.
When it explodes only non living things like buildings are damaged,
but living things like people and animals are to remain unharmed.
The warhead is still undergoing testing though.
Somehow three missiles with those warheads attached were launched at three cities in Tonal.
Zinaba is one of them, the other two are Saidor and Konos.  
France's top scientists in the field of biology are going into Zinaba to gather
data on the effects of the warhead and a team of commandos was handpicked to escort them on their journey.

Let me get this straight.

You're not looking for new ideas to enhance this what you've already got, and you're already building the idea to a mission, and you're hiring voice actors for it.
Did I get it right?
