PapaBear sideRadio "blablabla"

How come this command plays the voice message and displays a text message in the mission. ???

But, if I try to use it on Intro - it doesn't play or display text? :'(

It seems that the sidechat command doesn't work in cutscenes. I think it was me who asked that some time ago or other, I don't know, but they told that it is not possible.

Try to use an alternative option: titletext. It is not the same, but well, the person who plays the mission have to show some imagination  ::)
